Munday on Monday: Empty water dish

Returning to the water dish that’s dry and needs a filling,

My dog critiques the basic skills her owner should be willing

To demonstrate in daily life. And first, let’s speak of meal

Which in the canine mind must loom as mighty weighty deal:

“The restaurant you’re running here — the bag of food you pour?

Those kibbles in the bowl we’ll rank as two stars out of four.

But if the food you’re serving up is healthy and nutricient,

Your talents as a bartender are woefully deficient!”
