Partially submerged vehicle found in Missouri River in Kansas City
Rescue crews responded to the Missouri River east of the Bond Bridge in Kansas City early Thursday morning after a partially submerged vehicle was spotted.
Firefighters responded on a water rescue about 6:50 a.m. to the boat ramp at River Front Park at North Monroe Avenue and Front Street in Kansas City’s East Bottoms.
Arriving crews reported a vehicle that was partially submerged. After pulling the vehicle out of the water about 7:20 a.m., firefighters reported that no one was inside.
