Traffic snarled after pedestrian struck on I-435 near U.S. 69 in Claycomo
Traffic on Interstate 435 near U.S. 69 in Claycomo was shut down after a pedestrian was struck Saturday night.
The pedestrian was hit shortly before 10:30 p.m. on southbound I-435 just past U.S. 69.
Officials closed southbound I-435 between U.S. 69 and 48th Street after the incident.
The extent of the pedestrian’s injuries was not immediately known Saturday night.
