One person killed in multivehicle wreck near East 38th Street, Paseo in KC

One person was killed in a fatal wreck Wednesday near East 38th Street and The Paseo in Kansas City.

The wreck was reported about 6:30 p.m. and involved multiple vehicles.

Authorities did not say what caused the crash or how many other people were injured.
