Police release KCK wreck victim’s name
Police on Friday identified a driver killed Sunday in a one-vehicle wreck as Joel Rosales-Cabral, 23, of Kansas City, Kan.
He was driving north of 53rd Street when his vehicle left the road at Neva Drive and overturned about 10:30 p.m. in Kansas City, Kan., police said. Police found him outside his vehicle.
The wreck remains under investigation, police said.
