Vehicle smashes into front of Independence QuikTrip, injuring two
Two were injured in Independence when a vehicle crashed into the front of a QuikTrip.
The incident occurred Monday evening at Truman Road and Sterling Avenue.
An employee at the store said the business was closed most of Tuesday but is expected to reopen this afternoon.
