Two tractor-trailer cabs were totally destroyed Monday morning when a power line fell on one and then another in a parking lot at Core Carrier Corp. at 1020 Sunshine Blvd., in Kansas City, Kan. No one was in the trucks at the time and no other injuries were reported.

Downed power lines reportedly caught two parked tractor-trailer cabs on fire Monday morning in Kansas City, Kan.

Firefighters were called about 9:45 a.m. Monday to the 1000 block of Sunshine Road.

Responding firefighters reported seeing heavy black smoke from several blocks away.

The two trucks were both burning when firefighters arrived.
