Water boil advisory in KC lifted

A water boil advisory in southern Kansas City was canceled Thursday. The Water Services Department had issued the advisory on Wednesday for the area bounded by 75th and 81st streets and by Washington Street and Holmes Road after a drop in water pressure.

The department tested the water and found it to be safe.
