A carbon monoxide leak at the Buca di Beppo restaurant on the Country Club Plaza reportedly sent three workers to a hospital Wednesday.

Kansas City Fire Department crews were called to the restaurant at 310 W. 47th St. before it opened Wednesday morning, according to local media reports. The restaurant was scheduled to open at 11 a.m.

A spokesman for the Buca di Beppo company declined to comment on the situation at the Plaza location.
