Wednesday homicide victim in KC identified
A man who died in a double shooting Wednesday night in Kansas City was identified as 22-year-old Arthur W. Stafford Jr. of Kansas City.
Police were called at 9 p.m. to the 3900 block of East 31st Street, near Mersington Avenue. Stafford was taken to a hospital, where he died. A second victim was grazed by a bullet. Police ask anyone with information to call the Tips hotline at 816-474-8477.
