Klutz

The bandage on my head is where

I banged my head upon a chair

While reaching down to clean the floor.

Of explanations, I have more:

That bruise upon my elbow came

While raking leaves (it sounds so lame!)

My little finger, wrapped in tape?

The victim of another scrape.

My hobbled foot as well occurred

While tripping off a concrete curb.

The explanations all seem nuts;

Just part of life when you’re a klutz.
