KCK man killed in rollover accident on Interstate 35

Tryston V. Patterson, 23, was traveling southbound on Interstate 35 about 3:40 a.m. Saturday when the Ford Fusion he was driving drifted off the highway and hit a bridge embankment for the Interstate 635 southbound ramp to I-35 southbound. He died at the scene, the Kansas Highway Patrol reported.

A 23-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was killed Saturday in a single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 35.

Tryston V. Patterson was traveling southbound on I-35 about 3:40 a.m. Saturday when the Ford Fusion he was driving drifted off the highway and hit a bridge embankment for the Interstate 635 southbound ramp to I-35 southbound.

Patterson’s vehicle overturned in a ditch, according to a report from the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Patterson died at the scene. He was wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
