Back open: Northbound U.S. 69 to westbound I-435
An overturned dump truck in Johnson County that caused rush hour delays has been cleared.
The accident shortly after 3 p.m. forced the closure of the ramp from northbound U.S. 69 to westbound Interstate 435. It reopened shortly before 6 p.m.
