Kansas City police identify 3-year-old killed in shooting

The 3-year-old boy fatally shot Thursday in Kansas City was identified by police Friday as Jermone L. Green.

Jermone was died Thursday morning inside a residence in the 1800 block of Topping Avenue.

Kansas City police have not said how the boy was shot and detectives are continuing to investigate.
