Overland Park police officer hurt in crash at 119th and Quivira

An Overland Park police officer and another driver were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon.

The crash occurred just before 3 p.m. Tuesday at 119th Street and Quivira Road.

Police said the officer was responding to a call with his lights and siren on when the crash occurred.

The injuries suffered by the officer and the female driver of the other vehicle were not life-threatening.
