KCI’s passenger traffic up again in August over last year
Passenger traffic at Kansas City International Airport has increased 5.6 percent for the year through August compared with the same period last year, the city’s Aviation Department said Tuesday.
More than 7.3 million passengers have flown in and out of KCI through the first eight months of 2016, the department reported.
In August, 945,618 passengers arrived and departed through KCI’s gates, an increase of 4.7 percent from the same month a year ago.
