Kansas City police investigate suspicious death at 80th and Troost

Kansas City police are investigating a suspicious death in south Kansas City.

Police received a report of a male in the street shortly before 5 p.m. Sunday near 80th Street and Troost Avenue. There was no obvious sign of trauma. Police are awaiting a report from the medical examiner on cause of death.
