Driver killed in Platte County wreck identified
Platte County authorities have released the name of a driver killed Sunday on P Highway.
The sheriff’s office identified the driver as Shannon Kay Smither of Weston.
The accident occurred on P Highway north of Hardesty Lane, authorities said.
The sheriff’s office is still investigating the cause of the accident.
