Sprint finance chief Tarek Robbiati will address conference

Sprint’s top financial officer, Tarek Robbiati, is scheduled to speak next week at a conference focused on leveraged finance.

Robbiati, who became Sprint’s chief financial officer in August, recently addressed investors about a new $1.1 billion funding deal he helped put together to ease demands on the company’s cash holdings. The deal involves selling phones the company bought and leased to subscribers and then leasing the phones back.

He will speak at 6:30 a.m. Central time on Dec. 4 during the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2015 Leveraged Finance Conference in Boca Raton, Fla. Sprint will make a webcast and replay available in the investor relations section of its website.
