Comcast expands faster Internet service in Independence, Olathe

Comcast on Thursday expanded its ultra-fast Internet speed to cover all of its Independence and Olathe service territories. Extreme 250 provides 250 megabits, which should improve the speed at which it takes to download movies, play games, transfer large data files and more.

Comcast had previously rolled out the service in Raytown, Blue Springs and part of Olathe.
