FCI Advisors taps Koehler for top post

FCI Advisors has tapped William Koehler as its president and chief executive officer, only the third person to hold the posts since the company’s founding in 1966.

Koehler, 54, succeeds Robert Hunter, who will retire after a dozen years in the $5.8 billion investment firm’s top posts. Co-founder Graham Hunt is the only other president and chief executive in the Kansas City-based company’s history.

FCI Advisors is owned by MTC Holding Corp., which is led by its chairman Bradley Bergman.

Koehler had been president and chief executive of Tower Wealth Managers in Kansas City before joining FCI Advisors.
