This luxury clothing brand is coming soon to KC’s Country Club Plaza
A luxury brand is slated to open on Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza this summer.
Veronica Beard, a luxury women’s clothing store that sells clothes, handbags and accessories, will be located at 4747 Broadway Blvd. in the former Charlie Hustle storefront, according to a Plaza news release.
This will mark the brand’s first location in Kansas City. It has over 40 locations around the world. Founded in 2010 by two sisters-in-law, Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard wanted to create a brand with classics that speak to multifaceted, multitasking women. The brand is known for its tailoring, sophistication and quality, according to the release.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Veronica Beard to Country Club Plaza and celebrate the brand’s first Kansas City location,” said Chris Harren, vice president of development for Gillon Property Group in a release. “Veronica Beard’s modern, elevated approach to fashion makes the brand an exciting addition to the Plaza’s premier retail lineup.”
An exact opening date has not been announced. This will be the first location in both Missouri and Kansas.
This opening announcement follows several others on the Country Club Plaza, including Love Shack Fancy, Skims and Do Good Co. The Charlie Hustle is still on the Plaza and is located at 419 W. 47th St.
