Mini golf restaurant and bar opening another location in KC area. Here’s when
Indoor mini golf bar and restaurant Craft Putt is opening its second location in the Kansas City area.
The new spot at 840 NW Blue Parkway in Lee’s Summit will open May 3, according to an announcement made by the brand on social media.
The new location will have two custom-built 10-hole golf courses, signature cocktails and a VIP room offering full-service catering. Craft Putt’s menu includes grilled chicken tacos, a mushroom Swiss burger and a Cuban sandwich.
The new spot will carry 24 beers on tap. Craft Putt first opened its doors in Overland Park at 11440 W. 135th St. in 2022. The Lee’s Summit location is larger than the original, with two courses instead of one.
Later this year, an outdoor mini golf course, bar and restaurant called Tap-Ins will open on the former Metcalf South Mall site at 95th and Metcalf Avenue. In addition to the outdoor course, it will have a temperature-controlled green house course. It will sell wraps, salads, sandwiches and pizza.
Tap-Ins owner Ryan Patton told The Star he estimates that spot will open in November
Another indoor mini golf restaurant, Sinkers Lounge, operates downtown at 53 W. 13th St.
