National retailers bringing soaps and $1 deals to this Johnson County shopping center
Two national retailers are moving into the Shawnee Station shopping center.
Body care shop Bath & Body Works will open in September at 15310 Shawnee Mission Parkway, in the spot once occupied by Carter’s, said a spokesperson with the company.
Next door, Five Below discount store is taking an old Spirit Halloween location at 15300 Shawnee Mission Parkway. The company hopes to open there in November, according to a Five Below representative.
Bath & Body Works has a dozen stores in the Kansas City area, including at Town Center Plaza and Oak Park Mall.
Five Below, which sells many of its products for $1 to $5, lists 10 stores in the metro on its website, including locations in Overland Park and Olathe.
