Johnson County industrial buildings are sold for $55 million

Clarion Partners of Dallas has purchased 24 industrial properties in Lenexa and Overland Park for $55.35 million.

The buildings, located in several business and industrial parks, were sold by DB RREEF, according to Colliers International Group, which represented the seller.

The industrial portfolio purchased totaled more than 1.08 million square feet of space.
