Arkansas company buys 10-story office building in Mission
A Little Rock, Ark., real estate company has acquired the 10-story Mission Towers office building in Mission.
CapRocq Core Real Estate Fund purchased the building from Arvest Bannister Realty Co. for an undisclosed price. The 174,000-square-foot building is at 5700 Broadmoor St. CapRocq is an investment fund that buys properties primarily in this region.
Mission Towers is 88 percent occupied, according to Newmark Grubb Zimmer, which provides managing and leasing services for the property. Major tenants are VinSolutions and Park University.
Arvest was represented by Newmark Grubb Zimmer. The buyer was represented by Colliers International.
