Kansas City developer starts more speculative industrial space
NorthPoint Development is adding more than half a million square feet of speculative industrial space in Logistics Park Kansas City, located in Edgerton in Johnson County.
The new announcement for a 548,333-square-foot building, Inland XV, adds to the 822,104-square-foot Inland XIV, another speculative space expected to be ready for occupancy in December.
Inland XV is due for completion next spring. The buildings are in the major distribution and warehouse development anchored by BNSF Railway’s intermodal facility.
