CenterPoint Intermodal Center developers have scheduled a June 3 groundbreaking for a 450,000-square-foot speculative facility in the south Kansas City industrial park.

The site at 14901 Andrews Road is at the former location of Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base. It’s served by Interstate 49, Missouri 150 and a Kansas City Southern rail line.
