Longview Square Shopping Center will be sold at May 19 auction

Longview Square Shopping Center is scheduled to be sold at auction May 19.

The 38-year-old center at 6801 Longview Road near Blue Ridge Boulevard in Kansas City spans 115,005 square feet and is about 71 percent leased, according to Sheldon Good & Co., the firm handling the auction.

The shopping center’s owner, JSMN Shopping Center LLC, hired Sheldon Good to handle the sale.

Tenants include Family Dollar, Genex Clothing and a Save A Lot grocery store.
