The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for 7 or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available):
▪ Park Lanes Family Fun Center, 7701 Renner Road, Shawnee, had 10 priority violations during a July 18 routine inspection.
▪ Supermarket El Torito, 1409 Central Ave., Kansas City, Kan., had 9 priority violations during a June 29 follow-up inspection.
▪ Hen House, 6950 Mission Road, Prairie Village, had 8 priority violations during a July 15 routine inspection.

The Kansas City Health Department cited these operations for 7 or more critical health code violations:
▪ R.C.’s Restaurant & Back Door Lounge, 330 E. 135th St., had 10 critical violations during a July 15 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 21 follow-up inspection.
▪ Reserve, Ambassador Hotel, 1111 Grand Blvd., had 10 critical violations during a July 12 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 19 follow-up inspection.
▪ McDonald’s, 7887 State Line Road, had 9 critical violations during a July 11 routine inspection. It had 4 critical violations during a July 19 follow-up inspection.
▪ Moonlight Sushi Bar & Grill, 8678 N.E. Flintlock Road, had 9 critical violations during a July 7 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 14 follow-up inspection.
▪ Nick and Jake’s on Main, 5031 Main St., had 9 critical violations during a July 18 routine inspection.
▪ Qudos Cigar & Cognac Bar, 1116 Grand Blvd., had 9 critical violations during a July 15 routine inspection. It had 2 critical violations during a July 22 follow-up inspection.
▪ Volleyball Beach, 13105 Holmes Road, had 9 critical violations during a July 9 routine inspection. It had 2 critical violations during a July 19 follow-up inspection.
▪ IHOP, 5201 N.W. 64th St., had 8 critical violations during a July 15 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 21 follow-up inspection.
▪ The Peanut, 5000 Main St., had 8 critical violations during a July 15 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 22 follow-up inspection.
▪ Tanner’s Bar & Grill, 7425 Broadway, had 8 critical violations during a June 30 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during a July 6 follow-up inspection , 1 critical violation during a July 14 follow-up inspection and no critical violations during a July 21 follow-up inspection.
▪ Cascone’s Grill, 17 E. Fifth St., had 7 critical violations during a July 12 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during a July 19 follow-up inspection.
▪ District Pour House + Kitchen, 7122 Wornall Road, had 7 critical violations during a July 12 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 21 follow-up inspection.
▪ Gates Bar-B-Q, 1325 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd., had 7 critical violations during a July 13 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 22 follow-up inspection.
▪ Gringo Loco-Neighborhood Market, 3829 Independence Ave., had 7 critical violations during a July 6 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during a July 12 follow-up inspection.
▪ King’s Table Soul Food, 5932 Prospect Ave., had 7 priority violations during a July 18 routine inspection.
▪ Louie’s Wine Dive, 7100 Wornall Road, had 7 critical violations during a July 15 routine inspection. It had 4 critical violations during a July 22 follow-up inspection.
▪ Mad Jack’s on Troost, 6200 Troost Ave., had 7 critical violations during a July 19 routine inspection.
▪ Rainbow China, 8017 State Line Road, had 7 critical violations during a July 8 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during a July 14 follow-up inspection.
▪ Red Snapper, 8430 Ward Parkway, had 7 critical violations during a July 13 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during a July 21 follow-up inspection.
▪ Staley Farms Golf Club, 10310 N. Olive Ave., had 7 critical violations during a July 8 inspection following a complaint. It had no critical violations during a July 19 follow-up inspection.
