The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for 7 or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available):
▪ Sakura Japanese Restaurant, 7474 Nieman Road, Shawnee, had 19 priority violations during a June 28 routine inspection. It had 6 priority violations during a July 11 follow-up inspection.
▪ Casa Agave, 1340 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kan., (but listed on the report as 1314 Village West Parkway), had 10 priority violations during a June 29 routine inspection.
▪ China King, 22068 W. 66th St., Shawnee, had 9 priority violations during a June 29 routine inspection.
▪ KC Grill ’N Kabob, 8611 Hauser Court, Lenexa, had 9 priority violations during a June 28 inspection following a complaint. It had no priority violations during a July 13 follow-up inspection.
▪ Roni's Pub and Kitchen, 7955 E. Frontage Road, Overland Park, had 9 priority violations during a June 29 first operational inspection after licensing.
▪ Sutera's at Shawnee Crossing, 22716 Midland Drive, Shawnee, had 9 priority violations during a June 20 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 1 follow-up inspection.
▪ Wal-Mart, 12801 Kansas Ave., Bonner Springs, had 9 priority violations during a June 29 routine inspection. It had 1 priority violation during a July 9 follow-up inspection.
▪ China 1 Cafe, 9828 W. 87th St., Overland Park, had 8 priority violations during a July 1 first operational inspection after licensing. It had 4 priority violations during a July 14 follow-up inspection.
▪ Blanc Burgers + Bottles, 10583 Mission Road, Leawood, had 7 priority violations during a June 20 routine inspection. It had 2 priority violations during a July 5 follow-up inspection.

▪ The Dubliner, Power & Light District, 170 E. 14th St., had 11 critical violations during a June 16 routine inspection. It had 5 critical violations during a June 23 follow-up inspection and no critical violations during July 1 follow-up inspection.
▪ Classic Cup Cafe, Country Club Plaza, 301 W. 47th St., had 10 critical violations during a June 17 routine inspection. It had 7 critical violations during a June 22 follow-up inspection and no critical violations during a June 29 follow-up inspection.
▪ Throwback, 510 Westport Road, had 9 critical violations during a June 24 routine inspection. It had one critical violation during June 1 follow-up inspection, 1 critical violation during a June 8 follow-up inspection, and no critical violations during a July 14 follow-up inspection.
▪ P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Country Club Plaza, 102 W. 47th St., had 8 critical violations during a June 27 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 1 follow-up inspection.
▪ Taj Palace, 1706 W. 39th St., had 8 critical violations during a June 22 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a June 27 follow-up inspection.
▪ Bar Louie Kansas City, Power & Light District, 101 E. 14th St., had 7 critical violations during a June 24 routine inspection. It had 2 critical violations during a July 1 follow-up inspection and no critical violations during a July 11 follow-up inspection.
▪ The Cheesecake Factory, Country Club Plaza, 4701 Wyandotte St., had 7 critical violations during a June 28 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a July 6 follow-up inspection.
