▪ McKeever’s Price Chopper, 19601 W. 101st St., Lenexa, had 11 priority violations during an April 5 routine inspection.
▪ Bob Evans Farms, 1704 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kan., had 8 priority violations during an April 6 follow-up inspection.
▪ Olive Garden, 10670 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kan., had 8 priority violations during a March 30 routine inspection.
▪ Children’s Mercy Park, main kitchen, One Sporting Way, Kansas City, Kan., had 7 priority violations during an April 2 routine inspection.
▪ Snappy Store, 9715 Kaw Drive, Edwardsville, Kan., had 7 priority violations during a March 30 routine inspection.

▪ Westport Cafe & Bar, 419 Westport Road, 8 critical violations during an April 1 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during an April 8 follow-up inspection.
▪ Embassy Suites by Hilton Country Club Plaza, continental breakfast, 220 W. 43rd St., had 7 critical violations during a March 21 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a March 28 follow-up inspection.
▪ Extra Virgin, 1900 Main St., had 7 critical violations during a March 30 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during an April 5 follow-up inspection.
