▪ McKeever’s Price Chopper, 19601 W. 101st St., Lenexa, had 11 priority violations during an April 5 routine inspection.

▪ Bob Evans Farms, 1704 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kan., had 8 priority violations during an April 6 follow-up inspection.

▪ Olive Garden, 10670 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kan., had 8 priority violations during a March 30 routine inspection.

▪ Children’s Mercy Park, main kitchen, One Sporting Way, Kansas City, Kan., had 7 priority violations during an April 2 routine inspection.

▪ Snappy Store, 9715 Kaw Drive, Edwardsville, Kan., had 7 priority violations during a March 30 routine inspection.

▪ Red Dragon House, 312 W. Eighth St., had 10 critical violations during a March 22 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during a March 28 follow-up inspection.

▪ Coach's Bar & Grill, 414 W. 103rd St., had 9 critical violations during a March 21 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a March 28 follow-up inspection.

▪ Malay Cafe, 6003 N.W. Barry Road, had 9 critical violations during a March 18 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a March 24 follow-up inspection.

▪ Chick-fil-A, 8551 State Line Road, had 8 critical violations during an April 7 routine inspection.

▪ Jubaland Grill, 1315 Independence Ave., had 8 critical violations during a March 15 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a March 21 follow-up inspection.

▪ Luna Azteca II, 5918 N.W. 63rd Terrace, had 8 critical violations during a March 17 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a March 24 follow-up inspection.

▪ Sweet T's Soul Food, 1124 Oak St., had 8 critical violations during a March 17 routine inspection. It had 3 critical violations during a March 24 follow-up inspection and no critical violations during a March 28 follow-up inspection.

▪ Westport Cafe & Bar, 419 Westport Road, 8 critical violations during an April 1 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during an April 8 follow-up inspection.

▪ Embassy Suites by Hilton Country Club Plaza, continental breakfast, 220 W. 43rd St., had 7 critical violations during a March 21 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a March 28 follow-up inspection.

▪ Extra Virgin, 1900 Main St., had 7 critical violations during a March 30 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during an April 5 follow-up inspection.

▪ Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar, 8660 N. Boardwalk Ave., had 7 critical violations during a March 30 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during an April 7 follow-up in inspection.
