Barrel 31 to open in the former Velvet Dog space

Barrel 31, a new restaurant that will feature “creative cuisine” and a wide selection of bourbon and whiskey, is coming to Martini Corner.

Chris Ridler is renovating the former Velvet Dog space at 400 E. 31st St. for a spring opening.
