New Roasterie coffee blend for Sporting KC

Sporting Kansas City and The Roasterie are teaming up on a new coffee.

Sporting Blend is now on shelves at the three area The Roasterie Cafe operations and at more than 75 grocery stores. It also will be sold at Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kan., for Sporting Kansas City home games.

Sporting Blend is described as a premium quality French (medium) roast with origins in Brazil, Ethiopia and Sumatra, and a flavor profile that is “delicate with a sweet, mesquite-like aftertaste.”

It is currently available in 1.75-ounce and 12-ounce bags. It also will soon be available in 12-count single serve (K-Cups) cartons.
