The Brew Top Pub and Patio plans a soft opening next Monday in Overland Park
The BrewTop Pub and Patio plans a soft opening next Monday in Corbin Park.
The first location opened in the Northland in 2009 and the owners added a second location in Lee’s Summit in 2010.
BrewTop is known for its live music and as place for viewing all major sporting events.
It will have an outdoor patio in front of the restaurant which will overlook the new Scheels mega sporting goods store (Scheels is scheduled to open in June 2015)
BrewTop also will have a rooftop deck with a full bar that will seat 120 people and overlook south Overland Park.
“We love the area. We love the traffic. And the demographic is right for us,” said Robert Chisam, a partner in BrewTop.
“There are a lot of restaurants but not a lot of places that do what we do. We stay open until 2 a.m. seven days a week and our kitchen stays open seven days a week. We’re hoping to fill the void out here.”
Menu items include deep fried pickles and jumbo gourmet pretzels, breakfast burgers (with Canadian bacon and sunny side up egg), grilled shrimp Caesar salad, steak fajita wrap and specialty pizzas
It will have a grand opening Feb. 7 and 8th at 6601 W. 135th St., next to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill.
