Earl’s Premier, a Brookside bar and grill bustling with fresh oysters, shellfish, frozen gin & tonics, just opened in May but the owners are already expanding.

Owners Todd Schulte and Cory Dannehl are opening Bacaro Primo in the former Cafe Europa spot at 323 E. 55th St. in the Crestwood Shops.

Cafe Europa relocated to 4928 Main St.

After remodeling, Schulte and Dannehl plan a spring opening for Bacaro Primo.

Dannehl said Bacaro Primo will have an “Italian-influence” with a salami bar, pizza, pasta and a full-service bar. It will have about 25 employees.

“It was the right opportunity in the right neighborhood with good partners in Crestwood,” he said.

Earl’s Premier, cafe and oyster bar, is at 651 E. 59th St.
