Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter. Links to the follow-up inspections show how each establishment has corrected or is working to correct any remaining violations.

▪ Fast Stop, 945 S. 55th St., Kansas City, Kansas, had 13 priority violations during a May 17 routine inspection.
▪ Va Bene Italian Eatery, Corinth Square, 8232 Mission Road, Prairie Village, had 13 priority violations during a May 19 routine inspection.
▪ Bonito Michoacan, 1229 E. Santa Fe, Olathe, had 12 priority violations during a May 18 routine inspection.
▪ Jose Pepper’s Border Grill & Cantina, 6870 Johnson Drive, Mission, had 11 priority violations during a May 18 joint inspection.
▪ Chosun Korean BBQ, 7800 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during a May 20 routine inspection.
▪ El Machetazo Mexican Food, 1101 Kansas Ave., Kansas City, Kansas, had nine priority violations during a May 19 first operational inspection after licensing.
▪ Jade Dragon Express, 1005 Osage Ave., Kansas City, Kansas, had seven priority violations during a May 19 routine inspection.
▪ Globe Indian Food, 619 Massachusetts St., Lawrence, had seven priority violations during a May 17 routine inspection.

▪ Texas Tom’s, 6950 Prospect Ave., had eight critical violations during a May 16 routine inspection.
▪ O’Dowd’s, Country Club Plaza, 4742 Pennsylvania Ave., had seven critical violations during a May 16 routine inspection.
