Eatery offering gourmet smashed beef sliders coming to Kansas City’s Crossroads

Now it is expanding to Kansas City with a new spot in Parlor food hall in the Crossroads. It plans an early March opening

Her Kansas City menu will include the BBQ Bacon with bacon and barbecue sauce; The Fig & Goat Cheese with fig and onion jam and truffle mayonnaise; the Southwest Burger with pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayonnaise and fried jalapeno; the Korean Sloppy Joe with Korean-inspired garlic sauce, smoked chili mayonnaise, green onions and kimchi; the Hawaiian pulled pork; and the southern caprese with fried green tomato and fresh mozzarella.
They will be $5.25 a piece, $10.25 for two and $13.75 for three.
Sides will include pulled pork fries. Goldberg also plans specials such as March’s Reuben sandwich.
Parlor officials said it will take the former Sura Noodle Bar space on the second floor. Sura Noodle Bar combined with Sura Eats also on the second floor of Parlor at 1707 Locust St.
