A burger with Buffalo sauce: Arrowhead’s special for Kansas City Chiefs vs. the Bills
Arrowhead concessionaire Aramark is rolling out another special to celebrate the Kansas City Chiefs’ postseason games.
The Red Zone cheeseburger will debut Sunday when the Chiefs play the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs.
The burger will be topped with guacamole, Buffalo sauce, cheese curds and a buttermilk ranch drizzle, and served at stands 111 and 127 for $13.
An Aramark spokeswoman said the idea was to create more of a “hot, spicy dish. ... They added Buffalo sauce to the recipe as an ode to the opponent.”
During Wild Card Weekend, Aramark offered the Hot Streak Mac & Cheese with spicy pulled pork, jalapeno bacon cream cheese, fresh jalapeno slices and bacon bits for $14, and the Kingdom Apple cocktail with Crown Royal apple whiskey, cranberry juice and lemon lime soda for $16. Those specials will return Sunday.
