The Country Club Plaza is losing two chain stores.

Victoria’s Secret and sister retailer, Pink, both at 455 Nichols Road, are scheduled to close Jan. 15.

In a statement, the Plaza said: “We can confirm that Victoria’s Secret is closing this month. After the store’s closure, we will welcome a number of great new tenants in 2022. We will announce the stores to the community when the timing is right.”

Officials with Victoria’s Secret couldn’t be reached for comment Wednesday.

Victoria’s Secret opened in the corner spot in late 2000 and later added the Pink concept, a lingerie and apparel line that caters to a younger clientele. The two have operated under one lease, according to Plaza officials.
