Here are area restaurants with seven or more priority or critical health code violations, with highlighted links to some original public record reports by city or county health inspectors.
Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter. Links to the follow-up inspections show how each establishment has corrected or is working to correct any remaining violations.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available).
▪ Gigi’s Seafood, 2011 E. Crossroads Ln., Suite 105, Olathe, had 19 priority violations during a Nov. 17 inspection following a complaint.
▪ French Market, The Shops of Prairie Village, 6943 Tomahawk Rd., Prairie Village, had 17 priority violations during a Nov. 16 routine inspection.
▪ Shinju Sushi & Hibachi, The Shops of Prairie Village, 3935 W. 69th Ter., Prairie Village, had 16 priority violations during a first operational inspection after licensing.
▪ Indian Hills Country Club, 6847 Tomahawk Rd., Mission Hills, had 11 priority violations during a Nov. 18 routine inspection.
▪ La Fuente Mexican Street Food, Legends Outlets Kansas City, 10932 Stadium Dr., Kansas City, Kansas, had 11 priority violations during a Nov. 17 inspection following a complaint.
▪ Paleteria Shawnee, 10928 W. 74th Ter., Shawnee, had seven priority violations during a Nov. 16 routine inspection.

▪ Frutopia, 3737 Independence Ave., had nine critical violations during a Nov. 15 routine inspection.
▪ 54th Street Grill & Bar, 303 N.E. Englewood Rd., had seven critical violations during a Nov. 15 routine inspection.
