Plaza updates: Sephora opening, Chandler Court renovation
Sephora, a leading perfume and cosmetics store chain, plans a late October opening for its new Country Club Plaza store.
The retailer is taking 5,500-square-feet in the former Brooks Brothers space at 424 Nichols Road. Brooks Brothers closed in early 2013.
Officials with Highwoods Properties, owners of the Plaza, and a Sephora spokeswoman confirmed the opening.
Meanwhile, Chandler Court, the patio in front of The Cheesecake Factory at 4701 Wyandotte St., is temporarily closed for renovations. It is scheduled to reopen by late August.
But Highwoods didn’t have any updates for Plaza 211, the former Halls building now under renovation at 211 Nichols Road.
