Multiple health code violations for Kansas City area Latino, Chinese, fast-food spots
Here are area restaurants with seven or more critical or priority health code violations, with highlighted links to some original public record reports by city or county health inspectors.
Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter. Links to the follow-up inspections show how each establishment has corrected or is working to correct any remaining violations.

The Kansas City Health Department cited these operations for seven or more critical health code violations:
▪ El Rincon Latino, 6841 Longview Road, had 12 critical violations during a March 4 routine inspection.
▪ New Peking Chinese Restaurant, 540 Westport Road, had 10 critical violations during a March 4 routine inspection. It had two critical violations during a March 8 follow-up inspection.
▪ Wendy’s, 3118 Main St., had 10 critical violations during a March 2 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a March 8 follow-up inspection.
▪ The Outpost Bar & Grill, 5044 N.E. Parvin Road, had eight critical violations during a March 5 routine inspection.
▪ Anton’s Taproom Restaurant, 1610 Main St., had seven critical violations during a Feb. 24 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a March 5 follow-up inspection.
▪ Marsh’s Sun Fresh Market, deli/salad bar/sushi bar, 4001 Mill St., had seven critical violations during a March 3 routine inspection. It had four critical violations during a March 8 follow-up inspection.

▪ Int’l Emporium, 10458 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, had 13 priority violations during a March 2 routine inspection.
▪ China Town Super Buffet, 151 S. 18th St., Suite W, Kansas City, Kansas, had 10 priority violations during a March 2 inspection following a complaint.
▪ I Am Frozen Dessert Cafe, 14357 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during a March 6 routine inspection.
▪ The Brgr Spot, 6519 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas, had nine priority violations during a March 3 routine inspection.
▪ Barley’s Kitchen + Tap, 11924 W. 119th St., Overland Park, had eight priority violations during a March 3 routine inspection.
▪ Mama Lilly’s, 5512 Leavenworth Road, Kansas City, Kansas, had eight priority violations during a March 3 routine inspection.
▪ Urban Air Trampoline Park, 14401 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during a March 6 routine inspection.
