Denver-based all-day breakfast restaurant sets Westport opening. But first a pop-up

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery plans a Feb. 5 opening for its new Westport restaurant.

But first it will have a special Bingo Brunch pop-up at 11 a.m., Jan. 19, at Boulevard Brewing Co. Snooze will have food and drink specials, giveaways, swag and prizes, including tickets to invite-only pre-opening events Feb. 1-3 at the restaurant.

Snooze offers such items as Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes, Breakfast Pot Pie (with rosemary sausage gravy), Chile Verde Benedict, Juan’s Breakfast Tacos, sandwiches, frittatas, omelets and scrambles, sweet potato hash and more. The eatery also serves specialty cocktails along with coffee drinks.

The first Snooze opened in Denver a dozen years ago. When the Westport location opens there will then be 41 locations in six states.

The Westport restaurant is in a new 4,300-square-foot building at 4140 Broadway. It will have about 75 employees — dubbed Snoozers.

It will have 171 seats (121 indoors and 50 on the “dog-friendly” patio).

Hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
