Jack Zheng is a partner in a new Crossroads poke concept, Pokesan, which opened this summer on the second level of a building at 1513 Grand Blvd.
Now he has teamed up with his brother, Rick Zheng, on a new concept for the first level, MaMa Ramen, opening Jan. 9.
