Multiple health code violations at Leawood specialty burger restaurant, Olathe grocery

Here are recent Kansas City-area restaurant inspections. Inspections were compiled for Dec. 12.

Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations. Direct links are not available.

BRGR Kitchen + Bar, 5031 W. 135th St., Leawood, had 17 priority violations during a Dec. 5 routine inspection.

The Breakfast Spot, 13164 State Line Road, Leawood, had 15 priority violations during a Dec. 3 routine inspection.

Golden Palace Restaurant, 1711 S. Mur-Len Road, Olathe, had 13 priority violations during a Dec. 3 inspection following a complaint.

Price Chopper, 175 N. Parker St., Olathe, had 12 priority violations during a Dec. 3 routine inspection.

The Bar Olathe, 14871 W. 151st St., Olathe, had 10 priority violations during a Dec. 10 inspection following a complaint.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, 8657 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during a Dec. 4 inspection following a complaint.

Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine, 8351 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during a Dec. 3 licensing inspection.

Waffle House, 4500 Kansas Ave., Kansas City, Kansas, had nine priority violations during a Nov. 27 routine inspection.

Jose Pepper’s Border Grill & Cantina, 16605 Midland Drive, Shawnee, had eight priority violations during a Dec. 9 routine inspection.

Dunkin donuts, 6705 W. 119th St., Leawood, had seven priority violations during a Dec. 3 routine inspection.

Fortune Wok & Sushi, 14537 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during a Dec. 2 follow-up inspection.

McDonald’s, 15095 W. 151st St., Olathe, had seven priority violations during a Dec. 2 routine inspection.
