The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available).
▪ Hy-Vee, 8501 W. 95th St., Overland Park, had 15 priority violations during an Oct. 10 inspection following a complaint.
▪ The Other Place, 16590 W. 135th St., Olathe, had 13 priority violations during an Oct. 3 routine inspection.
▪ Pig & Finch Gastropub, Park Place, 11570 Ash St., Leawood, had 13 priority violations during an Oct. 3 routine inspection.
▪ Target, 11501 W. 97th St., Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during an Oct. 11 routine inspection.
▪ Austin’s Bar & Grill, 11180 S. Lone Elm St., Olathe, had eight priority violations during an Oct. 11 inspection following a complaint.
▪ Sharks Restaurant & Billiards, 10320 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Shawnee, had eight priority violations during an Oct. 10 inspection following a complaint.
▪Tapatio Mexican Grill, 151 S. 18th St., Kansas City, Kan., had eight priority violations during an Oct. 10 routine inspection.
▪ Culver’s of Mission, 6005 Metcalf Ave., Mission, had seven priority violations during an Oct. 9 routine inspection.
▪ Lifetime Fitness, LifeCafe, 6800 W. 138th St., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during an Oct. 5 routine inspection.
▪ Wal-Mart, 12801 Kansas Ave., Bonner Springs, had seven priority violations during an Oct. 12 routine inspection.

▪ Rockstar Burgers, 1611 Genessee St., had seven critical violations during an Oct. 9 routine inspection.
▪ Zaina Restaurant, 1108 Grand Blvd., had seven critical violations during an Oct. 9 routine inspection.
