Kansas restaurant and grocery store health inspections for Oct. 1

Here are area restaurants with seven or more priority health code violations.

Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available).

The Ainsworth, Park Place, 11563 Ash St., Leawood, had 13 priority violations during a Sept. 26 first operational inspection after licensing.

Price Chopper, 15970 S. Mur-Len Road, Olathe, had 11 priority violations during a Sept. 26 inspection following a complaint.

The Bistro, 12601 W. 95th St., Lenexa, had 10 priority violations during a Sept. 25 licensing inspection.

Green Mill Restaurant and Bar, 8787 Reeder Road, Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during a Sept. 19 routine inspection.

Minit Mart, 34200 Commerce Drive, De Soto, had 10 priority violations during a Sept. 27 routine inspection.

Spin Neapolitan Pizza, 6541 W. 119th St., Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during a Sept. 17 routine inspection.

El Patron Mexican Food Bar & Grill, 34429 W. 91st St., De Soto, had nine priority violations during a Sept. 27 follow-up inspection.

Sushi Uni, 12841 W. 87th St., Lenexa, had nine priority violations during a Sept. 17 inspection following a complaint.

Taqueria Mexico, 3300 Rainbow Blvd., Kansas City, Kan., had nine priority violations during a Sept. 19 routine inspection.

Garozzo’s Ristorante, 9950 College Blvd., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during a Sept. 18 routine inspection.

Lark A Fare, 900 New Hampshire St., Lawrence, had seven priority violations during a Sept. 19 routine inspection.

Nana’s Kitchen, 7355 Leavenworth Road, Kansas City, Kan., had seven priority violations during a Sept. 23 routine inspection.
