Overland Park-based Freezing Moo Rolling Ice Cream plans its fourth area location with more to come.

The new shop, at 13123 State Line Road, is expected to open in late January or early February.

Freezing Moo features fried ice cream rolls and flavorful drinks in an entertaining atmosphere that allows customers to watch the process. The ice cream desserts come in 18 flavors.

The base, made with milk, is poured over an iced grill and then rolled up with a variety of toppings. Toppings include graham crackers, wafer rolls, fresh fruit, candies, caramel syrup, cookie dough and crushed peanuts.

Truman Yeh, Tommy Tang and Amy Su opened their first area location in Overland Park in late 2016. They later added locations in Oak Park Mall in Overland Park and Town Center Crossing in Leawood, as well as a shop in Fairfield, Conn., that opened in mid-2017.

They also plan two Wichita locations — one scheduled to open in February and one in March — and an Atlanta location in April. They also are looking at Lee’s Summit locations.
