Kansas restaurant inspections for Sept. 5
Here are Kansas area restaurants with 7 or more priority health code violations.
Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for 7 or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available):
▪ Tatsu’s French Restaurant, 4603 W. 90th St., Prairie Village, had 15 priority violations during an Aug. 18 follow-up inspection.
▪ Fazoli’s, 12045 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, had 13 priority violations during an Aug. 23 routine inspection.
▪ Overtime Sports Bar & Grill, 11300 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had 12 priority violations during an Aug. 9 routine inspection.
▪ Stroud’s, 8301 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had 12 priority violations during an Aug. 8 routine inspection. It had 3 priority violations during an Aug. 21 follow-up inspection.
▪ B’s BBQ & Soul Food, 2110 N. 18th St., Kansas City, Kan., had 11 priority violations during an Aug. 23 follow-up inspection.
▪ Barley’s Kitchen + Tap, 16649 Midland Drive, Shawnee, had 11 priority violations during an Aug. 18 follow-up inspection.
▪ Austins Bar & Grill, 2103 E. 151st St., Olathe, had 10 priority violations during an Aug. 21 routine inspection.
▪ Blue Moose Bar & Grill, 10064 Woodland Road, Lenexa, had 8 priority violations during an Aug. 21 routine inspection.
▪ Quick Shop, 3200 State Ave., Kansas City, Kan., had 10 priority violations during an Aug. 22 verification inspection.
▪ YaYa’s Euro Bistro, Corbin Park, 7021 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during an Aug. 9 routine inspection. It had 6 priority violations during an Aug. 28 follow-up inspection.
▪ Burger King, 11919 S. Strang Line Road, Olathe, had 9 priority violations during an Aug. 10 inspection following a complaint. It had 2 priority violations during an Aug. 22 follow-up inspection.
▪ Tavern at Mission Farms, 10681 Mission Road, Leawood, had 9 priority violations during an Aug. 9 follow-up inspection.
▪ Wok N Roll Express, 7000 W. 83rd St., Overland Park, had 9 priority violations during an Aug. 9 follow-up inspection.
▪ Pine & Bamboo Garden, 10915 W. 63rd St., Shawnee, had 8 priority violations during an Aug. 23 routine inspection.
▪ Waffle House, 4500 Kansas Ave., Kansas City, Kan., had 8 priority violations during an Aug. 10 routine inspection.
▪ Andre’s Confiserie Suisse, 4929 W. 119th St., Overland Park, had 7 priority violations during an Aug. 21 routine inspection.
▪ Paddy O’Quigley’s Pub & Grille, 5317 W. 151st St., Leawood, had 7 priority violations during an Aug. 23 routine inspection.
▪ Wendy’s, 9510 Lackman Road, Lenexa, had 7 priority violations during an Aug. 9 follow-up inspection.
